Filtering Less Potent?

Cool, I didn't ask you man.

Do you understand what I posted? I get pharmacy compounded glps that are premixed and filter chinese bought BAC into the solution to get more granular dosing because I do not trust chinese BAC.

Is that hard to understand?

I asked OP because I was curious to know more about his process. What is your damage?

Yes, it's hard to understand when you don't use the words to convey what's rattling around your addled mind until after you've throughly confused everyone, but sure, everyone else is damaged and you're the unicorn.

Diluting a presumptively USP product with Chinese BAC so you can measure it more granularly is amazing.

So you’re spending a lot of money on pharmacy compounded GLPs then diluting them with crappy BAC water?

No, I'm saying you don't know what you're talking about. You're also not articulating your posts in a way that clearly conveys that lack of knowledge, making the original poster question things that they were doing correctly.

I also don't use vendor supplied BAC, but that's irrelevant. If I was using tap water, I'd still filter it with the peptide in solution, into a new vial.
Pharmacy compounded GLPs come premixed with BAC from a pharmacy. I need a lesser dose. I use Chinese BAC and add a ml or two depending on the vial size. I just put it through a filter and into the existing solution

That was one scenario I was describing when you said no one would ever do that.

I am not claiming to be a pro ? I honestly do not understand where this is coming from considering I have asked questions to learn more about the process, and have been up front about it, since I don't order grey glps. I don't understand where your interpretation is coming from that I am claiming otherwise.

Are you sure you’re pinning the correct dose? Did you double check your maths?

Did you push the reconstituted contents through the filter very quickly?
I am positive it’s the correct dose. I triple checked my math, and I actually do have a degree in clinical research. Like an actual for real degree in it, not like “I watched a lot of YouTube.” 🤣 I did push it through quick-ish? It didn’t want to go quickly

Couldn’t you just inject less instead of adding BAC water? What is the dose you’re trying to get and in what concentration does it come?

Also, I would definitely spring for Hospira if you’re committed to this concept.

I had three reactions to reading this thread. 1 - when am I am going to get to the same debate of whether filtering is worth it and is there some new data. 2 - wait, this is about filtering BAC. What? Though I agree, I trust Amazon BAC over a Chinese pep supplier. But I don’t even bother to filter peptides all the time. 3 - shit it’s Friday, let’s enjoy the start of the weekend.

This was not originally about filtering BAC water, that was a side quest…

For a lower dose, just use less units. You don't need to add more bac to do this. If you end up needing to go up higher you don't want to have to inject so much volume

I just filtered Tirzepatide for the first time, and I swear it feels like I filtered all of the medication out. Has anyone else had this issue?
It should not have, if your filter is a 22 the tirz is smaller & goes through. There is leftover in the filter after but you wont change the dosing you mixed. Some vials just feel weaker than others & some stronger than others (same with feeling, side effects etc). If its working stay the same dose (once you see by next week how well it worked), but if its not working great then go up the following week 🙂
