finally under 200 lbs !!

thanks man! I introduced the 1.5 reta 2 weeks ago after snooping around on here and peeping other people's stacks. tirz on Tues then reta on sat to take full advantage of each medications peaks.

I noticed a big increase in satiety with the reta while still wanting to eat if that makes sense? I like food. I enjoy cooking. the reta seemed to bring some of that back to me? probably sounds weird but that's how it felt.
I appreciate the feedback… I may add Reta to my weekly. Congrats!!!!
 
Congrats!! It's amazing feeling to hit the goals that you set! I am battling for that number right now. Currently at 212 and aiming for 155. Trying0 o get all my numbers down and live a less seditary lifestyle.

you can do it big dog! I shared in another post someone made about what we all miss the most and for me it was overeating and then falling into a food coma on the couch.

this medication has really helped me break outta that cycle. just walking around has done so much. wishing you success 💪🏾

Roger that! mines was last year in Air Force which was many many moons ago 🤣 I was pushing the envelope for my little 5'6" frame and we weren't known for having the strictest physical requirements 😉

I was exaggerating with the 6th grade comment, even though it feels that way. I ballooned into a food blister a couple years after I got out and kept adding. I take full responsibility. Now, I am paying the price but am getting better everyday. Thanks to people here in this forum, I stay motivated, laugh, and gain knowledge every single time I'm here. You got this!

My weight skyrocketed after I got out of the Air Force. I tried to keep it down by playing softball, but I didn't eat or exercise the way I should have. For the last couple of years, I have put in more effort to lose weight, but this time with Glp's and a solid plan I feel more confident in keeping my weight at an acceptable level.
