I reluctantly started my glo 1 journey four months ago when I was struggling with perimenopausal symptoms and the dilemma about whether my weight gain was worthy of this medicine. I was trapped in a shame spiral about it because I was told that all my symptoms were normal. Despite excellent nutrition and strength lifestyle habits I was experiencing weight gain, brain fog, inflammation and food noise like I’d never known. Today I am a new person. Lean tissue up, fat mass down, sleep solid and food noise diminished dramatically. I started with tirz and once I lost around 20lbs I moved over to Reta to allow for higher intake and hopefully more strength. As a 46 year old women I’m amazed by the leg up that a microdose of tirz gave me. Currently I’m experimenting with Glow, cjc1295 no dac and Ipamorelin. I’m committed to research and constantly learning from others which In what I hope this forum can bring me. Thanks to everyone for the support. So grateful to be here and keep learning. The goal posts keep moving the longer I explore peptides but I think for now I’m firmly committed to longevity, mobility and strength as I age.

Sure what would you like to know? I dose 3x/week and my total weekly dose has never gone about 1.5 of either. My lifestyle was already pretty optimized so good nutrition habits and strength and sleep in place. The mocrodosing just brought it all home for me and attacked the food noise. It also helped with joint pain and brain fog. I also am taking HRT in the form of testosterone and progesterone

Im all good on my tirz, but For the glo? what dose and experience? I am afraid of the sting and pain afterward that people keep talking about.

I used a lot of bac water to mitigate the sting. It was a 70mg vial and I reconstituted with 10mls of bac water so it was noticeable but fine
