So wanted to wait till I gave GHK-cu (injectable SubQ) a fair shot which I think I have. First cycle: 6 weeks at 2mg/day. Post cycle took 4 weeks off. Just completed second cycle which was 8 weeks at 2mg/day. And .. meh, I guess?

Did get some improvement in skin thickness. My developing 'paper' skin (I'm male, mid 50s) did show ~50% improvement, so, there's that. Along with this I think there's a little improvement in fine lines and wrinkles on my face. I do believe my skin tone and complexion show mild improvements as well.

Not sure other's experiences so adding my N=1 to the list. Overall I feel results were pretty mild. Noticeable by me but I've not had anyone else say anything. All in all definitely not blown away.

Perhaps try one more cycle? Given the relative inexpensiveness of the protocol I guess it was worth it. Guess I was hoping for more, perhaps I just hyped it up too much in my mind.

As much as we want to believe it - these peptides aren't miracle workers in the short term.... Our bodies are so far from perfect. Messed up biochemical reactions in our bodies - and every body different than the ones beside it. We see how the GLP1's are doing wonderful things, and for sure - it feels 'like a magic shot" - but it's not. It is adjusting our biochemical processes and takes time. That will be the same for any peptide. Some will seem like they worked overnight, others take a longer amount of time. GHK-Cu is one that appears to take a longer amount of time. I've been on my version of a GLOW/KLOW -- contains GHK-Cu -- for over 18 months, probably closer to 2 years now - and I rarely take a break. If I do take one, it's just for a week or less if I'm going somewhere and don't feel like taking as many injection pens with me. Anyway, it's taken this amount of time to really see differences - but I also have to remember - as does everyone else - that other things need to be done at the same time. It's just one of a series of things to do to work on the skin and hair. things like creams, skin care, etc. A series of injections isn't going to do it all. there is more to it. I'd encourage you to keep going, but add in some additional elements of skin care. Microneedling, cream, serums, etc. I know, I know - it takes time to add in other things, shots are simple. but as noted above, it's not a fast process and they don't do EVERYTHING for you since they aren't magic shots. Each works on specific biochemical process in the body. There are other biochemical processes involved in each aspect of our body. Those have to be addressed too.

My old lady skin is getting better, less fragile, but it's not perfect and will take time and additional work to get it better. Same with hair and other things I'm working on.

I would say those are big improvements. My "paper skin" on my shins (think Goldmember level of skin) went away which made it all worthwhile.

With a short half life in minutes, it give short burst. Six months on it and improvements in skin thickness and no loose after loosing almost 90 pounds. Basically if you quick results maybe try some botox

Yeah I'm thinking now I just have to stay with it. Brought this up to my wife and she was like 'the fuck?! your face and neck look muuuuch better.' 😀

I think about starting GHKcu, but as you have to pin every day, I'd like to get a pen. Are there refillable ones, and are there sterile cartridges you can fill with reconstituted solution? I'd be happy to hear you recommendations / experience!

Same

Refill the pen, never the cartridge!
If you're going to use something daily for 20+ days, you probably want to filter.
That's a whole other topic, but there are videos and such for it.

There's a zillion places to look for pens, including AliExp. Search on here and you'll find more and lots of discussion! What's in stock and has best pricing availability changes with time, because these are small operations. If there's a particular pen you're interested (you'll become a snob soon enough), then you'll find them in different stores and group buys.

For cheap V2 pens AliExp works, but it's worth educating yourself on different types and performance (how to test and common fixes/failures). For quick shipping thepeppen has been around for a long time. For autoinjectors and nicer pens like Gensu, Convi, Savio, etc the search is more involved, but sunnybox has some.

Just for cartridges, it's worth getting some from a more reliable spot:

Next, you'll be wanting pen needles and I'd recommend Ez-Touch or BD. You might want to go deeper with GHK-Cu so 8mm might lead to less bruising. Injectionshop is a Vendor here and they often have a discount code!

Good luck, YMMV!

1.5 months of straight Cu, and then 2 months or so of KLOW.
Skin is thicker, and I get random compliments that I am looking good lately.
I feel as though my face has the appearance face of a younger man.
I split the KLOW into AM/PM 1.5MG. This was done because I suffer from serious ISR, and needed to lesson the dose.
I will take a 4-6 week break and do another bottle.
I also use MT2, which may or may not add to the equation

I use ghk cu continuously now for almost 7 months and only cycle glow and klow.

I have been on KLOW for two weeks and I can already detect a difference in skin and workout recovery. I'm running it with Reta and I was having serious fatigue issues, but have now added KLOW and so far so good.

Been researching GHK-cu for ~2 months at 2gm daily and def have a difference in the force needed to get the pin into my rock hard abs of steel... or, so it would seem. OK, maybe not abs of steel, but skin seems a bit tighter, and if the wife thinks I look better that ain't a bad thing, right?

Waste of time and money for me. But I already use daily sunscreen and EOD topical retinoids so wasn't expecting much anyways.

Excellent information. Thanks 😎

Holy shit this stuff's starting to work, I spoke way too soon. 😀

I don't have any lines of my face anymore (except for some deeper ones on forehead).

Skin color, tone, balance and smoothness have significantly improved. I look 15 years younger than my age.

Damn, impressive.

Did you notice any improvement in hair thickness/growth?

Thank you so much for this! You answered so many questions I've had in one post.

FWIW I use a pen for GHKcu as I pin it 7 days a week. Turns out I'm someone who gets welts (not pain) from it so I'm still working on how much BAC water I need and will be switching back to syringes as a result of that so I can pull more BAC if needed. (I currently recon 50mg with 5ml BAC and pin 2mg daily)

The 4 other standard things to try are:
Try a longer needle (8mm works much better for me)
Try pinning in a different spot (some people swear by thighs)
Try adding some KPV or using KLOW mix (they help with initial inflammation)
Try adding some (50mg) GHK-Basic (to pull out any extra Cu ions)

I recon each vial to 3ml (with GHKCu 100mg) and recon into 2 full carts of 3ml (for 6ml total), then pin 16U daily to get 18pins per cart @ ~2.6mg GHK-Cu and ~1.3mg GHK-basic. YMMV!

This is exactly how I recon my GHK-CU. I have had zero ISR doing it this way

Now for the million dollar question… Who has kits of :
-BPC157
-TB4
-KPV
-GHK-Cu
I have been looking around and it seems like a rare commodity.

You might try searching recent vendor postings.
Jeep, Zenith-Jove, Aurora, WWB, PPHK?
There's more local group buy stuff, but if you can wait many of the China suppliers have it, just takes a while (and shipping sux right now).

p.s. good on you for reconning your own KLOW! Now, finding all of those tested?
You need to join a test server!
