GLP-1 Enthusiast
I've ordered probably 12-15 peptide orders from various companies, all of them have arrived without issues.
I ordered one from a company in March, and unfortunately they tried to deliver it a few times when I wasn't home, then gave up. It didn't end up a local delivery pickup spot or anything, and nobody called me. It just ended up being re-routed back to the original company via the same carrier. That was end of March.
I've been asking for updates from the sales person almost daily now about what happens next. The response is always "we are checking with a manager" or "we need to wait for the package to return". Since it was marked as "being returned to sender" in March, and hasn't had any updates since, I don't know what else I can reasonably do here. The salesperson seems to be waiting until it eventually shows up, but hasn't given any suggestions for if that doesn't happen. I've been told a few times "I'm just an employee" so I can't do much.
I've been super patient and polite, but at this point I'm not sure what is normal. Should they be trying to reship this package to me, or is it normal to wait for it to eventually go back? Is asking for a refund at this stage normal? I did order a second package from them between when the first shipped and when it failed to be delivered, and that one was fine.
Just looking for some suggestions as this is the first time it's happened and I feel like I'm not any closer to getting a resolution here, and I don't feel like the salesperson has any other suggestions other than just waiting more time. Thanks.
