I thought, "I should write this down," so here I am

date: 11/10/25
amount: 0.2ml - 0.4ml of 10iu/ml (couldn't control the plunger very well)
injection site reaction: no
notes: I did take a 3h nap after injection
 
I have been researching HGH at 4iu daily (fasted injection in am pre-cardio) for close to two months. What I have noticed is easier recovery from workouts (evenings before dinner/after work). I have been pushing it pretty hard in weight room and don't get sore often. Like, 12 plates on leg press hard. 45yo male here.

If I am sore, it's for like a half a day is all. Kind of strange, but also plays to the GH doing what is supposed to do? My $.02.

Did you titrate up, or what was your beginning dosage? Have some on the way and was going to start 1iu, then work up to 3-4 daily.. also did you get a baseline igf-1? Pretty stoke about this! 45 as well!

Started straight off on 4iu. No adverse effects.

No igf-1 baseline either, do normal labs and have for years at checkup. All good numbers, except for the morbidly obese part...

I also pin KLOW daily, enough for 2mg GHK-cu full disclosure. Wouldn't stop either of these anytime soon except for break on occasion from KLOW. Joints and all feel so much better.

Awesome man…

Almost the same as you! I do Klow every evening, and an additional 250mcg of bpc in the mornings. Do an additional 1mg TB, M and Thurs. (Nagging shoulder, probably stop these in about 4-6 weeks but stay on Klow for 12 then off 4). That’s been game changer on skin and joints when lifting! I’m also on TRT 200mg. Have great numbers as well NOW. It wasn’t always like that. Oh, forgot about the Reta! Pinning 1.5 EOD.. been working like a champ, no sides. 6’2”, 230 currently down from 255.. goal 210.

I keep hearing about KLOW. What do you observe related to skin and joints?
Man… it’s hard to explain. But skin feels better and almost like it’s tight at times. My knees, huge difference. And my shoulders. Man I’m 45. Stuff aches and little nagging stuff constantly. I’ve notice my knees feel like I’m 20 again. My shoulders are full range again! Stuff is pretty legit!
