People should carefully consider whether to do business this vendor. Responding to the "US Warehouse T-60 Flash Sale" ad above, I ordered a kit, sending payment on May 6. I believed the item would be shipped "within 2 business days", as stated in the ad. But here we are, one week later, and the package is in "Label Created" status. She accepted payment for an item I believe they do not even have in stock.

Yesterday I contacted Elsa for an update. She responded "I will definitely resolve this quickly." After that, she went completely silent; 24 hours later and I've heard nothing. The package is still in "Label Created" status. Caveat emptor. I just hope she won't ignore my request for a refund.

That is unfortunate to hear, I have had really good experiences over the last few months. Recently stock has been very low. I tried to get the T60 batch last week and got a response 24 hours later saying it was out of stock… I requested within a day or two of the inventory being updated…

Hopefully this is resolved for you. Being relatively new, I have not experienced the “Every great vendor is great until they’re not” situation first hand… I hope this is a one off issue and not the beginning of a decline.

Keep us posted!

Hi friend, first of all, I am very sorry for the poor experience this has caused you, but there were indeed some minor misunderstandings involved.

The US warehouse delivered the package to the nearby UPS store within three days after payment confirmation.

Initially, we mistakenly thought the tracking information hadn't updated promptly because the weekend was approaching.

Of course, that might have been one small contributing factor.

After you first reported this issue to me,

I immediately checked the tracking numbers for all packages sent in the same batch to UPS that day.

Indeed, some tracking numbers showed no pickup scan information.

For many tracking numbers, the pickup scan only appeared after the package had arrived at a city in the destination state.

Some packages still showed "Label Created" status the day before, several days after being shipped, and then showed "Delivered" directly the next day.

I first contacted those customers to confirm they had indeed received their packages,

so at the time, I thought it was a bug in UPS's scanning system and that we just needed to observe and wait for delivery.

Subsequently, I contacted UPS staff through the US warehouse.

The UPS staff explained that at the beginning of 2026, UPS signed a new cooperation agreement with USPS to control delivery costs and expand resource utilization. For these types of labels, UPS first transports the package to the local post office in the destination state or city, and then USPS handles the final delivery.

Therefore, for addresses far from the US warehouse, tracking information cannot be found using the tracking number for the first few days after shipment.

We have multiple warehouses in the US. Most warehouses default to shipping via USPS. This particular warehouse has been shipping via UPS courier since last year because it's closer to the UPS store, and we never had such an issue before.

The person in charge went on vacation abroad a few months ago. This was the first time shipping resumed this year after the person in charge returned, and we indeed did not notice this situation.

We have communicated and resolved this issue. We will increase delivery costs and optimize the shipping plan, switching to USPS or a higher-budget UPS shipping plan to avoid this kind of misunderstanding and longer waiting times in the future.

There is a time difference of over ten hours between us, and recently the volume of customer inquiries and orders has been high. A reply time of around 24 hours is actually quite common and normal.

I have checked again and confirmed that your tracking number now shows an estimated delivery date, and I have already replied to your email. Once again, I apologize for this situation!

UPDATE: Package was received just now in perfect condition, everything in order!

The USPS completely dropped the ball on this one. Not only is the tracking information missing from their website, but the package is not even listed in my Informed Delivery report (a feature the USPS offers that is supposed to track ALL incoming mail and packages). I assumed this meant it hadn't been shipped. It just showed up at my door with no tracking, no record of it ever existing.

Elsa and MPS are not at fault here, and I am a satisfied customer. I received the package in one week!

Elsa, I apologize for doubting you. I had some bad experiences with other vendors recently and I thought this was just another one. I panicked when you didn't get back to me right away.

Forum users, please do not hesitate to buy from Elsa!

Love to see this, TY !

Any idea on when more than tez and reta will be in US stock?

Hi dear, I completely understand how you feel.

Due to the Chinese Labor Day holiday from May 1st to May 5th,
and the meeting between the leaders of China and the US from May 13th to 15th,
some of the more cautious and reliable freight forwarders and factories suspended relevant work starting from the end of April,
directly leading to many products being out of stock recently.

Therefore, whenever replenishment arrives at the US warehouse,
after I send out the promotional information,
I often receive hundreds of emails within just over two hours,
including large bulk orders from some supplier partners.
And since there is a time difference of over ten hours between us,
sometimes when I reply from bottom to top in chronological order,
some friends' emails may not have been replied to before the stock sells out.

However, we have already found a solution for this situation.
We are building our own shopping website.
It will take some time, but we will do it as soon as possible.
Once the website is launched and running smoothly,
we will list corresponding products on our website based on the quantity of arrived stock,
allowing everyone to place orders and make payments independently.
This will reduce the time spent on communication and waiting for replies, while also enabling more accurate control and display of actual remaining stock.

Everything will get better.
Conversely, a supplier whose business doesn't look very good and an impersonator or scammer who can always reply first might warrant more of our caution.

Speaking of impersonators, please also note:
[email protected] is our only official contact method currently.
We will not contact you through any means including Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
Please be aware of those annoying impersonators!
