I listened to a podcast that had Paul Bakhtiar as a guest. He was talking about this newer, modified version of Follistatin 344. The use would be to build/maintain/preserve muscle while on glp1's. The issues with 344 is that it can promote tumor growth. FLGR242 is modified to lower that risk. There's a lot that goes into it as I'm just stating the simplest explanation, lol. I see that some vendors have follistatin on their lists and maybe we'll see this new one soon.

You can hope but even Follistatin is usually (always) out of stock when I've checked.

Bought some FLGR242 from the vendor that sells it (it's a patented modification of follistatin). Not gonna lie, the main guy connected to it is Jay Campbell, and he has said some of the most suspicious shit I've heard in the research sphere, even more than some of the flubs that Bachmeyer has spat out. I remember during one of the last sale streams he had with the designer of FLGR242 about a question of "should I take it during pregnancy". The research doctor (NJ accent in his 70s doing it for the fun of it) says obviously "no" but then Campbell gives this whole spiel of how it helps develop the child faster and... Yeah.
One and a half weeks in and I feel a little stronger... but yeah the fatigue is real which probably means that muscle is being developed. I am getting like 300g of protein (mostly milk with some meat/plant) daily. I'll do another scan at the end of week 10 which is when I run out.
Edit Shit I missed the date. Sorry for the necro .
I guess I should add that FLGR242 is meant to overload the follistatin side of muscle growth. You still have to work out where your endogenous follistatin then deals with the activin side of the equation... that is as long as the exogenous follistatin doesn't interfere with your ability to produce it yourself...
I might have stepped in it for sure. Will post about it later.
