Flying with less "baggage"

Well, I'm on a plane... headed to Indy for fun and to meet with some family who live nearby.
These folks last saw me when I was 70 pounds heavier.
One of them I actually promised I'd be lighter next time they saw me. I'm happy to have delivered on that🙂

They were astonished, and ready to hear more about the how. It's funny. Early on, nobody wanted to hear about my magical Chinese powder. But when you see the proof... I had a captive audience🙂

haha, funny how that works, eh? I had several people tell me how stupid and dangerous it was was but they're all now total converts and most of them are on it. Just needed somebody to go first.
