HI everyone, I'm a 25 year old guy from Germany. I was formerly severly overweight and lost about 50 KG without any supporting chemical help but hit a plateau, that Reta has helped me with. I would love to share my experienes, ticks and trips and learn from you too. Until soon!

May I ask where you bought your supplies up until now? Chinese vendor, local supplier? Just wondering how accurate our german customs are working on this matter before I buy 😉
