Has anyone lost their weight being on tirz, and decided to go on sema for maintenance? It's something that my pcp had mentioned to me. I have a ton of tirz in my freezer. My pcp writes me out scripts for Zepbound. In another few months he might be prescribing me Wegovy. Of course, I would stick with getting my GLPs the cheaper way as usual. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with this and how it all worked out for you. Thanks in advance.

Why is your DR switching you from Zepbound to Wegovy?

I lost all my weight on Tirz then switched to Sema in maintenance. I bought a few Sema kits along the way and I was curious about the difference. Sema is like camping, Tirz is like glamping and I suppose Reta would be like staying in a hotel (haven't tried it). I'm about 3mos in on Sema and maintaining but going back to Tirz after current vial.

My doctor suggested Wegovy because it's cheaper than Zepbound 😉I love tirz, but he knows that since I've been paying oop😉, between compund and name brand, it's expensive for me. I wouldn't want to give up a good thing. If it's not broken, don't fix it. Thank you for the comparisons!
