I had been lurking in FuRong's discord and TG for awhile and they seemed like a responsive and hardworking entity with fair prices so I figured I'd give them a try. I was not disappointed. Initial contact took place on the evening of 3/25/26. Communication was prompt and concise just like I like it. They stated that they could get what I wanted and I paid in BTC. On 4/2/26 I asked for a tracking number. 24 hours later I was provided photographic evidence of my products being packed along with a double check of the shipping address and then a tracking number. Fedex sent it on the scenic route which is no fault of FuRong and it finally got here on the evening of 4/13/26.

I have neutral experience with this vendor. The communication before making the order was good and smooth. I ordered my kits beginning of May and received it in around 2 weeks so it was great. However upon opening the package, there was one vial missing in one of the kits. It was very hard to notice as the vial slot was under the label of the product.

I asked the vendor what is the reason, and got a reply that it was taken for testing by freight forwarder. After further questions vendor said it was taken by customs to test for illegal substances.
There are no annotations in the tracking that it went through customs check so I am a bit sceptic about the explanation. They offered $5 discount for the next order for the missing vial. One more person reported the same situation in the TG review channel a few days before me.

When I asked for refund for missing vial, there was no response for private message from vendor.
