Getting Harder to Eat

Is this something I should expect to pass? I'm only 2-3 weeks into having a 1mg equivalent weekly dose. I eat 4x a day right now and just had my pre-workout meal, I really had to put a lot of effort into eating. Everyday since Saturday, 4 days now, it's gotten a bit harder.

This is a pretty typical day, not alot of food here, about 1,400cal, I weigh 210lb. I'm gonna have to move protein around for sure, move 3-4oz into my snack/breakfast meals. I eat the snack before the pre-workout meal, the app I use just wont let me sort things the way I want. I don't usually miss my macros like this but it can happen from time to time.

That's good other than too much carbs really.

You wanna eat high protein food and to figure that out here's a simple trick: check the protein to calories ratio, it should be at least 1/10.

So if you eat something that's 10g protein for 200cal that's no good because it's 1/20 so less than 1/10.
 
The macro targets I have work well for me. It's basically 0.65P 0.3F per lbs, the rest carbs. But I'm also seeing I think I have my bf% a little low on my sheet. Except I'm already struggling with eating enough lol.

Keto or low carb, not for me rn. I've done that and it works well for a fat cut but kills my lifts in the gym so for this cut its out. I'd rather lose a t a slower pace and feel good when I lift. Maybe if I stall or can't lose I'll run a couple weeks though.
