I'm having a biceps tendosis, arthroscopic debridement, endoscopy carpal tunnel release and major peripheral decompression of my left arm and shoulder next week. Later in the year, I'll be having some other procedure for vascular outlet syndrome.

Any recommendations/insights/old wives' tales/conjecture regarding how to approach recovery?

I have plentiful BPC and TB. Both individual and blended. Also have a kit of KPV.

Any other thoughts?

That's a lot happening at once — wishing you a smooth surgery and solid recovery. With BPC and TB you're already well equipped. A few thoughts:

  • BPC-157 — sub-q near the surgical site once cleared by your surgeon (usually a few days post-op) is the classic approach for tendon/soft tissue work. Some people also do oral alongside for systemic gut support since anesthesia and post-op meds can wreck digestion.
  • TB-500 — great pairing with BPC for the systemic side, helps with inflammation and tissue remodeling over a longer window. The blend is fine but some prefer running them separately to dose each independently.
  • KPV — underrated here, solid anti-inflammatory, especially useful in the early acute phase post-surgery. Oral or sub-q both work.
For TOS later in the year, vascular recovery is a bit different — worth researching whether BPC has any specific contraindications with vascular procedures specifically before that one. How long between surgeries?
