GHK-CU face cream

My girlfriend takes copper peptide cream for her face. It works well. Does this require on & off days? For ex, Subcutaneous injections typically take a break from time-to-time. For ex, 1 month take the peptide, then, 1 month not take it. Does the cream work like this too?
