Glow 50

Hi I just got my glow 50 . Added 3.2ml bac. And taking it slow. Started at 5 units. Question should I take it in the morning or at night? Any input would be appreciated.

When i took glow in the evening it kept me awake. So I switched to morning and no issues. I also double the bac water so it doesn't sting so bad

Thank you. I'm taking it at night no issues with sleep. But I'm taking a low dose

Yes that is the protocol I will be doing. I will up my dose in a week to 10 units

Do you notice any difference? I am thinking about revisiting it. I tried in 2023 and didn't notice any change.
