Hello everyone. I'm in the middle of planning my injection routine for when I eventually add other peptides to the reta I will be starting this week. I'm getting some conflicting information with GLOW and wanted to see if I could get some insight.

I am planning on using V2 pep pens for all of my peps. And I was curious how many pens I would need, I will be doing reta for a few weeks before I add any others, but my first addition would be GLOW. While researching GLOW, I've seen people saying to not mix GHK-Cu and TB-500. But then I also see people premixing GLOW in vials and drawing doses into multiple syringes for storage.

I decided to ask chatgpt about it and got this as the response:

🚫 Why You Shouldn’t Pre-Mix GLOW Stack Peptides

PeptideIssue When Mixed

GHK-CuHighly unstable when mixed with other peptides; degrades rapidly in solution
TB-500Can interact unpredictably with GHK-Cu and other proteins over time
BPC-157Stable, but best stored separately for longer life and precise dosing
EpithalonOften used cyclically and loses potency when stored reconstituted for too long
CJC-1295/IpamorelinStable when stored alone, but mixing with others may disrupt GH response or cause instability in shared solution

What is your opinion on GLOW, and what do you personally do if you use it?

There is no real research on mixing peptides. There are plenty of anecdotes of obviously bad mixtures (any glp1 with anything else is bad).

Ghk/TB/bpc is probably the most mixed combo around. It's not obviously bad, but no one can tell you there isn't something we don't know.
