Hello, I'm a male, 65, who always stayed fairly fit with regular exercise. In my 60's, I'm developing a gut which I've never had. I watch my calories and have increased my exercise routing (daily combo of walking, rowing for aerobic, weight strength training, and yoga for balance and mobility.) Despite all of my careful eating and rigor my gut is large and bothers me. I'd like some help. Maybe a GLP-1. Reports from people taking Retatrutide are intriguing to me. I need info and risk assessment. Hoping this community can help.
