GLPs and cartilage regeneration

Yeah… I don’t know. Had a hip replacement almost 3 years ago. Surgeon estimated my good hip had 10yrs before I’d be thinking about addressing it. 3 years later, Reta for the last 8 months, down 120lbs and I’m starting to get the first sensations of hip arthritis pain. Unless my new found fitness and activity level is driving it

Oh no, that's not good. Are you a runner or practicing exercises that put pressure on joints? I have a family history of arthritis and bad hips. When I started running in 2020 due to the gyms closing, I began to experience severe hip pain so I stopped.

No, I’m not a runner. All my cardio is cycling, walking, elliptical. Im a pretty fit 46yr old. Really disappointing feeling the first waves of pain coming.

We are the same age. I find the ellipitcal and bike don't hurt me at all but going on long walks sometimes does for some reason 🤷‍♀️
I take a lot of supplements besides peps, to help mitigate my hip pain. They found my uric acid to be elevated, and certain synthetic acidic foods also trigger it, so I found it helpful to figure out what triggers it. So far I have to steer clear of food with white vinegar (ACV i s ok). Acetic and malic acid have really messed me up to the point the pain doesn't allow me to sleep on that side.
I hope you can figure out what works and find some relief!
