Tonight will be eleven days since starting the GHK-cu and KPV. I am excited to begin epitalon. Interested in hearing other people’s experiences with dosing and time. Hoping it helps with my sleep. Post menopause my sleep sucks.

I ran Epithalon along with DSIP and Selank/Semax.
I initially started Epithalon on the wrong high-dose injection protocol and felt pretty rough. Once I realized the mistake (it was based on a different Russian protocol for another molecule), I scaled way back to 1 mg and switched to a nasal spray instead.
I also made DSIP into a spray and combined Selank and Semax into another spray. Since then, my sleep has improved a lot — my deep sleep has tripled and I’m staying asleep much better overall.
I’ve finished the Epithalon now and I’m on the tail end of the others.
Overall, this has been a huge success for me, and it’s been a really nice break using intranasal instead of nightly injections.
This is my sleep last night..... I haven't slept like this in 40 years.
No problem..... When I get back to my computer I'll send what I mixed.WOW! That is some good deep sleep. I’m lucky if I get an hour. So you do it as a nasal spray. Mind sharing the way you do this? I am not looking forward to more shots tbh.
I am also very interested in how you did your nasal spray! No problem..... When I get back to my computer I'll send what I mixed.
And yes.... All 4 as nasal sprays. Easy peasy
Epitalon / Epithalon / C₁₄H₂₂N₄O₉ (same damn peptide, different spelling lol). First night: vivid dreams, I’m the only one on the Titanic who knows we’re about to become fish food.Tonight will be eleven days since starting the GHK-cu and KPV. I am excited to begin epitalon. OK...So for Epithalon, I wanted a 1mg dose. So I mixed 5ml of sterile water (not bac) with 50mg of Epithalon and put it in a sterile snoot sprayer. The spray is 0.1ml/pump and that equals the 1mg dose. So one spray.WOW! That is some good deep sleep. I’m lucky if I get an hour. So you do it as a nasal spray? Mind sharing the way you do this? That screenshot is making me drool; this is what I want my graph to look like. Are you using anything else other than the peptides? Magnesium, theanine, melatonin, etc? Or are you getting these results with just this stack?I ran Epithalon along with DSIP and Selank/Semax.

I work in the sleep apnea space and wear an Apple Watch and Oura ring. I look at where I’m at every morning (almost). I found a big difference after taking Epithalon. I have Semax which I have to revisit (had anxiety which might not have been related) and currently using Selank. But the Epithalon alone was enough to continue (in 6 mos)Just this stack.
I do take progesterone, but that's nothing new.
It's been really amazing. If I look back bf..... I was averaging about 45 minutes of deep sleep a night. This is a bf screenshot that is pretty indicative of what that looked like.
What dosage did you run, 1mg for the 20 days? When I try it I definitely want that Titanic dream!Epitalon / Epithalon / C₁₄H₂₂N₄O₉ (same damn peptide, different spelling lol). First night: vivid dreams, I’m the only one on the Titanic who knows we’re about to become fish food.
Second night: surprise boner cameo, like my quack decided it was starring in its own infomercial. Telomeres might be lengthening, but something else sure woke up fast. Anyone else get the iceberg prophecy or the random priapism subplot on night one?
I started on 1mg to test the waters for about a week. Then jumped to 2mg and then the vivid dreams kicked in that night. It was SO VIVID I woke up shocked about it lol... the dreams only lasted for about 2 nights (bummer) on that dose but they were VERY impressionable. Let me know how it works for you...
Did y’all do the nasal or injections? I have put it off trying to decide.I work in the sleep apnea space and wear an Apple Watch and Oura ring. I look at where I’m at every morning (almost). I just realized my light dizziness is from a beginning sinus infection. It's been years and I forgot what it felt like. I'm assuming it's because I didn't filter my Epitalon or Semax before using it in my nasal sprays, before running them back to back. I did filter the Selank. I'm another vote for filtering, especially for nasal sprays were you are directly exposing your sinuses to whatever else is in there!I’m doing nasal using @Chili777 protocols
I myself even boiled my glass bottles on top of filtering it. good luck my friend.I just realized my light dizziness is from a beginning sinus infection. I wash them in alcohol, but that's what I get for being in a big damn hurry.I myself even boiled my glass bottles on top of filtering it. good luck my friend.
Do you feel that 90% iso spray will be fine vs boiling? Going to start some Epitalon next week.I wash them in alcohol, but that's what I get for being in a big damn hurry.
I spray them inside and out, dry them and rinse with sterile saline. What I didn't do was filter the peptide first because my filters were delayed. I think that is equally important. I think going back to back with Epitalon, Semax and Selank is probably what did it, and you breathe in crap everyday that's probably as bad as anything you'll find in a vial. Sinus microbial defenses are pretty robust, if they aren't abused.Do you feel that 90% iso spray will be fine vs boiling? Going to start some Epitalon next week.
Yeah, my first run on Epithalon was at that high dose Russian protocol...Thankfully my body didn't mind it...but after the first nights weird dream where I was James Bond...slept like a baby. Other than that, Epithalon seems to be one of those background peptides, not a lot of fireworks, but downstream benefits.I ran Epithalon along with DSIP and Selank/Semax.

And this just gave me an excuse to recon a couple vials of TA-1 to help fight the infection. Filtered, of course. The research continues!ISinus microbial defenses are pretty robust, if they aren't abused.
What app or how do you track this? I need to figure out. I feel like I’m watching me sleep lightly. That’s how light my sleep is that I’m aware off my light sleep. 👀Just this stack.

Khavinson would be proudI did a 20-day Epitalon cycle first, and followed that up with 20 days on Semax, then 20 days on NA Selank, all via IN. I just slept 9 hours AFTER I bumped to 10 mg of Reta on Friday. I have never had a sleep like that the day after a Reta bump, ever. I respond really well to all these peptides and I'm going to keep them all in my rotation. If I start posting in Russian, it won't be my fault though. 😉
