Good Vendor?

HI everyone, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I’ve been doing my research and i know what I need and want , but to order from the US supplier if i did the math correctly it would cost me 1500 a month or more ! I desperately need help, some light, anything. I’m currently taking. 2.5mg on zepbound for 5 weeks , and it did not do anything for me (lost 6 pounds) .The telehealth which I pay 90 a month is lacking efficiency and they only suggested to increase dose, and it would up the price from 399 plus tax to 599 a month.I am in a tight tight budged and I need to lose weight before something bad happens !!!I decided to go grey, and after all the research Ive done , I just need to have the vendor. Any tips? Ive seen mixed reviews on SRY, XCE. I was thinking of going with nexaph , but I’ve read it is on the expensive side. .. I was looking to get Tirz, Cangri and Tesamorelin .

Wow, even just changing online telehealth providers would help in that case. I used Brello Health, which is the low-cost leader for tirz. It was only $499 for a 3-month supply (and many people say their dose is 15 mg / week even if it is much lower).

Anyway, for domestic shipping, I like Nexaph and what I read about PGB. If you use SRY, I would order for their US warehouse to avoid the risk of your package being seized by customs. I would avoid shipping directly from China since it's not worth the hassle of seizure, IMHO.

Nexaph is cheaper than what your doing now by a large margin. Tesa is going to be the most expensive due to daily dosing. I would not stack cangri and just use more Triz.

And you can safely up tirz by 2.5 mg on a weekly basis.

You look like you have some good choices, just keep in mind that the difference between .50 cents per mg and $1 per mg is only a couple bucks at your dosage. You will save that in groceries...

Choose the one that makes most sense for you based on your other priorities and do not worry about a few pennies here or there.

I know, its ok, I understand …But in my defense most of the posts about these are old, so I just wanted a most up to date responses .But I am doing my DD everyday for weeks, money is very low here so I am just trying the best not to lose more money thats all..

6 pounds in 5 weeks is not bad at all! More than a pound a week. Pat yourself on the back, and keep at it.

As many have said, your first choice for vendor should be Nexaph. You'll already be saving a ton of money.

You probably have NOT done the math correctly, because with grey market vendors of the sort that are discussed here, the price is for TEN vials, each holding the number of milligrams stated. So a 15mg kit is 150 mg in total.

What you should do before placing an order, though, is learn the basics (a lot to learn, but doable) of going from the dry-powder (lyophilized = freeze-dried) vials you'll receive, to the safe, sterile liquid that you're used to. You need to buy the right syringes. The best place to start learning all this is in the first link in my signature.

PeptideTest.com helped me a lot in this regard, especially their Youtube videos, written instructions, and starter kit.
