Just a heads up to all.....................

From one of my vendors....

Due to strict customs inspections recently, we will be suspending shipments from our China warehouse this week; most suppliers are doing the same.
Due to strict customs and regulatory controls, freight forwarders suspend shipments for this week to avoid large-scale seizures.
Shipments from China will be suspended for this week.
Orders for which payment has already been confirmed, will be prioritized for dispatch once shipping resumes.
We will continue to accept orders during this suspension period; however, shipments will be delayed.

My latest shipment went out Saturday from China and cleared customs this morning in Memphis.

I also received a similar message from my vendor. They offered me a refund but I opted to wait.

I kinda think it's the larger seizures that are "News" worthy, so it looks like they're doing their job and saving us. I suppose it could potentially make them go to smaller shipments, different ports and move shipments around. Another reason to jack up prices or see how much the factory or resellers take the hit.
 
The chatter in TG today is that someone was intentionally trying to move some illicit stuff in 3 mL vials via the peptide freight forwarders (just using the network, not intended for us) and 10 or so freight forwarders ended up getting arrested. Sounds like Chinese authorities are now doing warehouse inspections, so shipping is suspended until that’s complete. Obviously, I make no claims to the accuracy of these rumors, but many suppliers have posted something about the freight forwarders being shut down for a 5-day period.

Outstanding strategy if you have the goods. Crack a cold one, pop some corn, kick back the chair and enjoy. I have none of those around right now. 😁 Damn it.
 
Had 2 orders go out April 1st. One small one large. The small one sailed right through. The large one is still in customs. Vendor said freight forwarder confirmed it’s being inspected. They were great though and said they will reship as soon as shipping resumes. A lot of vendors posted similar messaging about shipping. Damn peptides, like cottage cheese last year having its moment due to stupid TikTok. 🤣
 
Woo! Good news. My order from CHP (Chinese warehouse) arrived today actually. The tracking did not update correctly. It showed that it was in another state at the time of delivery. 11 days from time of order to my doorstep. Not bad.

Sophia was who I dealt with. Very communicative. Everything went smooth. I will definitely keep them in my list of sources.
 
I’m all for the vendors abundance of caution in these situations. That said, I’m planning a US warehouse panic buy as well.

I always get a kick out of lines like that, implying a false sense of priority. You already expected to get priority over new orders (although perhaps that isn't a given). I guess it puts you ahead of all those orders where payment wasn't confirmed. 🤔

I would imagine there are a ton of people sitting and “waiting to see what happens”, not sending money for orders right now, until they all say “ok we’re all good, GO!” And then there’s going to be a bum rush of orders and likely some light chaos with order volume.

Personally I got in during the break- placed a 6 kit order. Can update on logistics next week if anyone is interested.
 
How many days is a package good for during shipping? Upon arrival your goods should be refrigerated right? So, are they shipped with cold packs in the packing, and how many days does that remain cool enough?

There is no need for them to be cold, so they are not shipped with cold packs. Studies show that with lyophilized tirz there is little to no degradation even when left at room temp for long periods (6+months). You can go ahead and freeze them for long term storage, which can be kept for years.

Thank you for the quick response! Does the answer remain the same for other peptides besides tirz? Are they all shelf-stable at room temperature in the original containers?
