When I'm at my best I have a daily practice of openly sharing things I am grateful for.
In our peptide context that begins with weight loss of course.
For myself I am grateful for so very much more that that.
How about you?

I'll go first:
By using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide to lose 52 pounds over 13 months
(0.1316 pounds per day} I have become grateful that:
• my blood pressure dropped from the hypertensive range above 140 to normal (below 120 diastolic);
• my A1c dropped out of 'pre-diabetic' range to normal (below 5.4);
• my cholesterol levels dropped below 120 from 165 (both while using statins);
• my "fatty liver disease" is gone;
• my diagnostic blood tests are now "perfect" says my Primary Care Physician;
• my waist shrank three pants sizes (more than 6 inches);
• my chronic lower back pain is 80% less frequent;
• I got to purchase an entirely new, more colorful wardrobe;
• my libido has returned (I'm a 72yo male)
• and that for the very first time in my life I have been described as "hot" :oops:
(yeah I couldn't believe it either the first time it happened... )

Now you go next!
