Hello
I was wondering if the potency is less with gray options than, pharmaceutical options, and how to adjust for dosing. Should my reconstituted tirz be increased slightly? Thank you

No, it's the same thing. One thing to consider is that often times the generic (gray) product is over filled so keep the tested amount in mind when doing your calculations.
Thank you for reminding me about the overfill! I've been on 7.5mg for 6 weeks, 5 weeks pharmacy and 1 week reconstituted. I'm at a standstill on the scale. I just increased my dose to 8mg. I guess that I just had to increase my dose. Thanks again! No, it's the same thing. I also want to mention that I think it's awesome that you got to your goal on 5mg. Congrats to you!I just injected 8mg today. Are you suggesting that I stick with 8 for 4 weeks and not go higher, right? I was at 7.5 for 6 weeks before. TIA
Thanks and yes, I'd stay at 8 but since you didn't go to 10 there's flexibility there. I think not weighing was the trick for me. I didn't get on the scale at all, not even once! I didn't go to the gym or exercise either. I just let the Tirz enhance my life instead of living my life for a number on the scale. I'm sure I would have dosed higher (and probably maxed out) if I was dosing by scale fluctuations. I basically broke it down to what was sustainable for me which was exactly what I was doing (nothing) with less of an appetite (Tirz) and that equates to achieving goal weight and now trying to eat more or dose less to maintain it. Eventually the great majority who stick with it lose a substantial amount of weight and most of the negative feedback during the effort stems from lack of patience IMO.I also want to mention that I think it's awesome that you got to your goal on 5mg. That was such great advice! I give you so much credit. You did great and thank you! Thanks and yes, I'd stay at 8 but since you didn't go to 10 there's flexibility there. You did so good! I'm going to try and take it slow. I've been on tirzepitide since September. I'm trying to stay low. I really hope I don't go up to 15mg. 10mg would be great. I have about 40 more pounds to go, I already lost 58. May I ask you how/ what dose you're maintaining at?11 weeks at 2.5mg followed by 33 weeks at 3.5mg followed by 11 weeks at 4.0mg (current dosage). Down 54 pounds from 218 to 164, at goal weight and maintaining well. Advice - Titrate up to the minimal dose that works well for you. Good luck to all.
