Has anyone tried this? My daughter and my cousin both did and are experiencing gawd awful stomach burning. My cousin did the starting dose at 25 units and my daughter has been on 40 units normally and her usual I give her from sry has been great! But after getting this pink cap this week she’s doubled over in pain. Anyone try that pink cap yet? I’m bout ready to toss all my kits ugh!

If reconstituted with 3 mL of BAC water each 10 units is 1 mg of Tirzepatide. Is stomach burning at the injection site on the skin or in the gut?

In the grey market world, we don't describe dosages in terms of "units." That's the language used by compound pharmacies who have Shipped premixed vials to their customers.

It worries me that perhaps the three of you are not familiar with standard dosing and thus may be brand new to the grey market? — and perhaps have done something in error that has caused the trouble you are reporting?

Also, as referred to earlier in previous replies… Do you mean their stomach SKIN is burning? Or that their INSIDES feel like they're burning?

Units aren't helpful when describing dosage. How much water did you add to those vials?

There's no way for us to know if you added 1, 2, or 3ML of bac water to those vials.

Vendor supplied test report.

It sounds like you mis dosed it if they are experiencing nausea.
Sorry I reconstitute all my t30 vials with 300 units of bac water…. They use this chart and instead of doing 50 units she’s been doing 40 units because she’s had such good results with 40 units. And my cousin used this chart and started off with 25 units. I just found it odd that they are going through it and she’s never had an issue before with t30 any other time. I’m wondering if it’s just got a different kind of filler in it or something that can be causing burning and if anyone else experienced it.

She said her stomach insides feels like it’s on fire and she can’t stop puking.

I'm currently running GYC T60 red cap from a GB back... I find the feels to be stronger than my normal dose... I don't think a filler would cause stomach issues, especially since you're not ingesting it orally.

Can you get your family members some zofran?

I got some liquid ondansetron that she’s been taking. I think it’s working now since she is finally resting. Thank you so much for the feedback! I’m just clueless as to how she’s been doing so great up until now ya know 🤔

If that COA is for this batch, then the vials are a bit overfilled. Rather than 30mg/vial, these are more like 33mg/vial. Taking 1 of the vials from the COA above would breakdown like this:
Vial = 33.34mg
Water = 3mL
40 units = 4.45mg (not the 4mg they were taking before)

Thank you for breaking that down

Sorry you're having that bad experience.

Could the reactions have something to do with the brand of bacteriostatic water, or anything regarding sterility of it or how it was used to reconstitute (e.g. using a vial beyond the day it was opened)?

I buy the hospira brand bac water and I always look at the exp date on them. I store those in a dark cabinet … I’m super paranoid about sterility so I’m very thorough when using my alcohol wipes so I feel like I do a pretty good job at that 😬 hopefully it’s nothing I did in regards to that but nothings impossible ya know. I mean with what people are saying maybe she did misdose by going off that chart and having it be testing a bit over. Although the ones she’s been using has tested over up to 34-35 so it’s still odd but you never know. 🤷‍♀️
