Had anyone ever received a bad batch?

Most I believe never test for that and just filter it, from what I've seen on here.

Nothing to brag about, but I was too eager to wait for testing and pinned my rat with tirz that ended up being unintentionally mixed with reta, ratio 4:1, 12% overfill. Used what I thought was a generous 15 mg tirz but the rat got about 14 tirz and 4 reta. His poor little rat GI tract stopped cold for about 4 days. 🤣

So in your case, you ordered Tirz but received tirz mix with reta?
 
In my opinion it is highly possible and one of the reasons we should do our research on the supplier we are going through. I researched multiple vendors from reviews, other platforms, and how consistently they provide test reports. I didn't go with one that tested here and there and definitely didn't go with one that would just screenshot reports from a user and call it good. We know from reading a little that all these things are labeled research only not for human consumption. So we know risks walking into it. It's also a good idea to at least do your own test for your first kit with a new vendor and use your best judgment from there. On my first go I tested and had 0% peptide so I Canned that option and had to eat the cost but in the end it's my health. I do always filter to lessen the risk of contaminants however it's never 100%. Something we sign up for knowingly when we go grey. Even so every new kit I always feed my rat .1ml to test for reaction and then the next day run the rest. That way I can monitor if something is off.
 
I heard about this one where every batch had a blue tint to it, but then everyone was raving about how they got the best results with it and people started specifically seeking it out. 😉

As others have already mentioned here being selective with venders helps avoid such issues. Be sure to look for positive reviews, here and on other platforms, look at how long they have been in operation, and most important if they have had a quality issue how did then handled it. Following a few simple rules like that and some basic common sense and you can greatly reduce your chances of getting a "bad batch". That said this is the grey market its the wild west so to speak so we all accept the risks associated with being in this market.
 
No in all my years at this game through various peptides I have never received a bad batch. Am I lucky? Maybe, but its hard to tell you would imagine everything gets some form of quality test before the lab ships it.
 
I know over fills don't count but I had a 50 mg kit of GHK-cu that tested at more than 100 mg. That was a little more than the typical overfill. My first experience with GHK was even more painful than normal😵
