Hey all!
Happy to be here and learn as well as help where I can! I am 35, started off near 400lbs and an A1C of 10.7 got down to 220 and A1C of 5.0 with just keto and exercise. Kept that off for about 4 years and weight has been slowly creeping up as well as my A1C. Started Mounjaro about 5 weeks ago and just got to 5mg this this week. My hope is to stay at 5 for as long as possible before moving up. I am using the Shotys app (which I love) for all my shot tracking, Carb Manager for carb/weight tracking. Down about 40lbs in my first 5 weeks, excited to see what comes next!
