I can't imagine anyone getting into trouble unless they have a container full of peptides from China getting seized. These are not controlled substances and not illegal, so the probability of getting into trouble for buying a few vials of peptides from a US warehouse is, I think very unlikely.
OTOH, there are several clinics in my area who will give you grey market peptides. Will they get into trouble? I dunno, I am sure that I won't get into trouble for using them or having a few vials. Now if they gave me some cannabis gummies, then both them and me would probably wind up at Gitmo or Alcatraz.
