I signed up for Amazon's book subscription so I could review a bunch of books without the risk of buying them and have come to the conclusion that 90 percent of the books are the same information. Down to the page. I think the only thing they are doing to make the book different is Changing the font, the order of the bullet points, then have AI generate their conclusion. I want to see real research behind the suggested protocols.

Anything by William Seeds, MD.

But I like the YouTube podcasts/interviews of him more.

His Peptide Protocol book is the best of the bunch. I think anyone can cut and paste some info in a book and get away with it being plagiarized as long as they put Encyclopedia in the name.
