Hi Everyone!

Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the group. I joined two or three months ago and have learned so much.

At nearly 52, glps have been life changing. I've spent my adult life yoyo dieting. I started my glp journey in Jan 2023. I started with sema and since March 2025 I've been using tirz.

Being in perimenoupase the loss has been super slow compared to dropping in the past. However the difference now is the magic of little food noise and no longer feeling trapped in diet mentality. It has been the most freeing feeling ever. Additionally, it's help with consuming less alcohol and stability in weight.

I have 2-3 months left worth of compounded tirz before switch over but I'm prepared thanks to this forum and the wealth of information and resources!!

I wish I had had access to Tirz at your age. The 50s are rough and that transition to post menopause is brutal. I could have avoided a lot of weight gain if I had been able to resist those glasses of wine that seemed necessary as I taught school and got my sons to adulthood. Now one of my sons is embarking on his own Tirz journey to lose weight and alcohol. It’s been a game changer for me and I hope it will be for him as well.
Since this is the only place I can post for now, I will tell you all that this guy on professionalmuscle.com did some temp studies and found the hydra peak to be inferior to the Zojirushi thermos for peptide storage in a frost-free fridge. The hydra peaks allow for much more temp irregularity. Even though the inserts are adorable.

Welcome! I’m 50 and really wish we had these tools available when we were younger as yes they are life-changing for sure. Sure sounds like you’re on the right path for post-compounding! Good luck!
