Hi all- brand new to the group and looking forward to learning and sharing. On my own health improvement/bio hacking adventure for years. Peptide user & researcher for the last 16 months with consistent positive improvements. Focused on building strength and endurance using optimized nutrition, ridiculous amounts of sleep, peptides, supplements and varied functional training all while improving mitochondrial health, cognitive functions and overall resilience.

Was a key worker and got knocked hard by LC 2020-2023. Fighting to recover fully and get even stronger/resilient than I was before. Tirz for 13 months now- wanted to recomp slow and steady so aimed for 1lb a week loss. Maintaining and growing muscle and improving skin health were part of my focus from the start. 1500-1800 calories a day, so tons of water, clean proteins, healthy fats and ridiculous amounts of veg everyday. 5x daily micro workouts, mostly calisthenics with some heavy weight work 3x week and daily walking mixed in. Have built up to 100 push ups and 100 squats every single day. Vo2 capacity greatly improved. 85 lbs down in total with Dexa scan showing an overall loss of 7lbs muscle. Happy with results so far but still have a way to go. Minimal side effects on TZ, which I attribute to really dialling in my food choices. 12 mg creatine 5x a week, high C, NMN, comprehensive supplement regime. Added BPC157/TB500 in 6 weeks ago to support joint health, will cycle off after 12 weeks total. Currently on 10mg tirz weekly (split dose of 5mg 2x a week). Not keen to move higher up on Tirz, planning on switching over to RT in 6 weeks, Will titrate down TZ and add in low dose RT to titrate up.
