Hello forum! I am new to the glp-1 research life. Just started reta 2 weeks ago because I just can't seem to drop the COVID 30. I'm a 55 y/o male, fairly active, I was a competetive swimmer through high school and even had a D1 partial ride that I screwed up due to poor life choices. I swim 3x a week at a local club, resistance training 2x/week and some steady state cardio here and there on non swim/weight days.

I have a background in addiction science, worked as a licensed substance use counselor for many years until making a career swap at 50. I am super intrigrued by the cutting edge peptide science, since I can grasp a moderate amount of the pharmacology/ pharmacokinetics in the research papers. I consider myself to be an optimistic skeptic and look forward to learning and chatting here.

So far so good. No sides that would push me to drop it. week 1 at .5mg, week 2 at 1mg, just started week 3 at 2mg. Slow and steady. I was 240 at the start, weighed 234 today on day one of week 3. Appetite suppression is moderate. Not hard to eat, not hard to not eat lol. When my meal times come around I have this odd feeling of, "I should be hungry." My stomach feels like it's sending messages that my brain isn't listeng to.
