Im Gaurav new here and new to peptides im about to start tirzepatide , i mean i have it now a month's dose of 2.5 but a little scared...here to learn more about it.
Also, i live in India so the only option i got is the one called "tizaro" also worried about the legitimacy of it. looking for to learning

I saw Tizaro when searching Indiamart but had the same question. From what I've read from the manufacturer, it is the same as monjauro/zepbound. Did you find out any more?

You've come to a good place to learn how to use tirzepatide, what side effects you might encounter and how to mitigate them, and beyond that the whole world of "grey market" GLP-1 peptides, which requires a lot more learning (including how to safely and accurately liquefy the dried powder you'd buy). I don't know what you're paying for Tizaro, but very likely they grey market stuff is a lot cheaper.

I had never heard of Tizaro, and was curious because I thought Eli Lilly's exclusive license was in force globally for many more years, but then I came across this (which doesn't actually indicate India's approval for Tizaro, and a separate search showed that Eli Lilly is just about to launch the official Mounjaro there)...

If the syringes are licensed from Ziska, you're probably good ... all depending on where and how you purchased them. There's several major manufacturing companies that have managed to copy the active ingredient, Tirzepatide.
