I’ve been a part of this forum for a while now, and I find it to be an incredible community with some fantastic members. I want to express my gratitude to everyone here and I am glad I foundthis group. Now, let me share a bit about myself.

I’m in my 30s and have been experimenting with GLP-1s for about 18 months. In the first six months, I achieved a remarkable weight loss of 50 pounds using sema and TRT. I was consistently working out four times a week, dedicating two days to strength training and two days to cardio. This regimen was incredibly effective, allowing me to never go about 0.75 mg sema per week. I got down 15% body fat and I hadn’t been that low in over a decade.

I decided to quit taking sema after reaching my goal. After six months off sema, I ended up gaining about 35 pounds, some of which was muscle, but mostly fat. Despite this setback, I remained much leaner than when I had started my journey.

Determined to regain my progress, I decided to resume sema, but my results were limited to only 5 pounds after a couple of months. To address this, I introduced Reta four weeks ago, and in those four weeks, I managed to lose 12 pounds. Now, I’m stacking sema and Reta. I take 0.5 mg of sema per week and 4 mg of Reta. I pin Reta on Wednesdays and sema on Sundays. This combination works well for me. I’m currently recovering from an upper body surgery and can only do incline walking on the treadmill. I walk for 80 minutes at an incline of 8% and a speed of 3.5 mph a few times a week. This combination burns over 1100 calories, considering my body weight input into the treadmill.

I’ve learned from studies that it’s crucial to avoid touching the bars on the side or holding onto anything while on the treadmill, as this can reduce caloric burn by up to 25%.

That’s my long-winded introduction to my experience with GLP-1s. I appreciate everyone’s support and welcome you all to continue this journey with me.
