Hello and thanks to everyone here! I have been on compounded sema for 4 months and down 24 lbs. Because of compounding ending and lack of $, I had to go the DIY route. Today was day one of "going grey"; at least now I can increase the weekly dosage as needed. This forum is a much needed and appreciated source of info.
