Congratulations! Don't be in a rush to switch meds if Sema is working that well.

Sema worked great at first but has seemed to wear off at the max dose. At first it took my appetite away and now it feels like im not taking much at all other than still having the sulfur burps. Still have about 70lbs to go. Finally under 300 though for the first time in years
