Hi All!

I am excited to be here! Been out of the research chemical/peptide game for a couple years now but formerly have a lot of experience. I am an American living in the UK for the next few months and thought it would be an opportune time find out all the current SOP/info. I am a former member of another group and the associate discords, but I think I was purged for not logging in years. Would love to find out more about how the current market is set up and specifically the differences with being in Europe as opposed to the US.

Look forward to chatting with everyone! Thanks for your time!

Does anyone want to walk me through how to pay with Crypto?

I purchased some BTC in my paypal account and I have a QR code from a vendor... but scanning the QR code does nothing so I dont know how to send them the BTC.

Bitcoin usually needs to process and that can take around 5 business days. PYUsd is usually instant and free of transaction fees if your PayPal account is linked to your bank. Either crypto will need to be transferred to a wallet (I like Exodus). In your wallet you'll select the crypto you wish to receive. Copy your destination wallet address to paste on your send transaction in PayPal. You can think of it as sending a letter. You'll ask the recipient their address and copy and paste it to a label.

Once in your wallet you can "swap" it into whatever the vendor wants and sent to the wallet address they provide.

There's hours of reading here on how it's done. Here's how I explained it to someone else:

Before I get into this you should understand you've got the cart before the horse. I'd mentally prepare myself to miss out on this buy because you hadn't set up your wallet with your funds in advance of making the purchase. It's kind of like going to the department store and getting up to the register and realizing you forgot your wallet. Then you have to ask the cashier to hold your purchase until you return. I can assure you having worked in retail some people do not return. So the vendor might go ahead and sell the product out from underneath you. If you mentally absorb this now it will limit your frustration in the steps ahead. In other words have patience there's no urgency and there's always going to be another deal. It's also important to note that with USDT, USDC and PayPal crypto (PYusd) the funds don't fluctuate crazy like Bitcoin (they are stable coin). My first purchase trying to use Bitcoin I lost more money than I bought in Bitcoin just waiting for the deal to process. In other words I ended up with not enough Bitcoin to buy the kit because it had devaluated in the time it took to make the transaction. I recommend avoiding Bitcoin for time sensitive purchases (unless it's already in your wallet). Also you're going to get frustrated. Remember it's your inexperience that's frustrating not the process. It's kind of like trying to make your first purchase from eBay. Crypto becomes very simple and second hand if your only intent in using crypto is as a wallet to buy things. Other people look at it as an investment and they act as if they are day traders or gamblers. That is stressful. Buying peptides shouldn't be. 😁

Be advised if it's a first time use of a crypto exchange it could take two weeks to process your deposit from your bank!

If you have an established PayPal account to purchase PYusd crypto within the PayPal app. Allow $15 extra for potential fees. You probably won't have that much in fees but the remainder will stay in your wallet.

Step 2 will be opening a wallet I highly recommend Exodus.

Step 3 would be to open your Exodus wallet and choose PYusd and the receive arrow. It'll give your exclusive wallet address to receive PYusd.

Back at your PayPal app you'll initiate a send to that address from your crypto amount. PayPal may need some time to verify your wallet but it usually doesn't take that long. This is a safety feature. (It's called whitelisting)

My transfers to my Exodus wallet from PayPal take only a few minutes but I have an established history I don't know if that makes a difference.

Once the PYUsd is in your wallet you can convert it to any crypto the vendor wants. For example usdt via Ethereum. The fees here are usually pennies. If Solana is accepted that's an easy one to work with and has incredibly low fees I've done large transactions for pennies!

Once the funds hit your Exodus wallet you can initiate a send to whatever address the vendor provides.

I'm not a big fan of PYUSD, at least with Exodus.

Exodus did not let me convert PYUSD to BTC, when I tried yesterday and days before.

I got the message: "PYUSD to BTC swaps are unavailable right now. Try changing one of the assets."

A similar complaint by a Redditor trying to swap from PYUSD to USDT.

Also, I was unable to transfer PYUSD from Exodus to PayPal, when I tried today. So I swaped the PYUSD in Exodus to SOL, and then transferred the SOL to PayPal.
