They've said they'll be back after Chinese New Year, which ends around the middle of February. Feb 12 or 15th....

Most of the vendors are on hiatus. And US Customs has really cranked up the heat. Lots of customs issues.

You would be best served going domestic at a place like PGB.

I think the "membership" is just joining the site, not paying for a membership. It appears to be much like Peppy's with purchasing options.
