I used Sema for a year, achieving a 60-pound weight loss at the maximum dose, but plateaued for a couple of months. I then found a peptide research company through a Facebook group and started with Tirz at 7.5mg for two months, but did not see any weight loss, and after increasing to 10mg, I experienced a 20-pound weight gain.
