I would start with the tirz. You have time- do research to decide which side effects you're ok with, what your goals are. Lipodema is a bitch, and off the top of my head I don't know what peps would help it. Traditionally, the cure is losing weight and surgery. Would lemon bottle work? I don't know, but you wouldn't want to consider it until you know where you're at with tirz, anyway. Most of the peps we use focus on belly or visceral fat. Lipodema can be in various places and warrants in depth research before diving in and wasting money on things that won't help.

I’m a 62 yo woman w/lipidema. I’m starting Ipamorelin w/cjc-1297. I’ve also used SS-31 first, then MOTS-C and I just started Lipo-C. I’m on Retatrutide instead of Tirz, but I was on Tirz for a least 6 months. I use GHK-cu and BPC-157 also- may switch to officially using GLOW since I’ve used the components separately. Welcome!

Where do you even get lemon bottle? It kind of scares me, because it literally melts fat.. but I’m so curious. If it’s safe, I may have to try it (I have lipidema also).

I used to be a gym rat with a six pack but my legs never got leaner, so realizing I have lipidema was a relief somehow, had a car accident 6 years ago and my whole health went through the drain, recovering from a frozen shoulder, just had an ablation to nerves on my neck and life has improved but I need more, gained 60 lbs and lost 20 with phentermine but gained them back as soon as I stopped it, so excited to start with peptides, I just need to take it easy and slowly, ordered Ipamorelin/CJC, MOTS-C and Lipo C just to be sure I have them in the fridge for near future use.
never heard of lemon bottle, one more thing to research!

I’ve found vendors.. there are videos on TikTok showing someone injecting it into the fat of pork chops and showing how it melts. A bit scary- I need more than a TikTok for info.. that was actually scarier than exciting.
I only know one person on this forum of 5,000 members who admits to using it.
I'd spring for liposuction before I ever injected some bullshit out of a lemon bottle made by some rando in their kitchen.

I hear women trying to eliminate double chin will inject their neck... brain isn't far away and is made of a significant amount fat.
