Was on sema compound for about a year and a half. Lost 40 stayed at 70 units, then started gaining back slowly. Also wasn’t liking the headaches so decided to do some research on peptides and trizep from Sky. My subject Started at .25 for 2 weeks but no change. now taking .4 and not seeing a change other than gained a few more. So all together subject gained back 15lbs. Should subject go to .5 if tolerating well? Subject has no side effects - feels great.

Try not to talk about dosages using ml, all it does is confuse everyone. A ml can have 5mg of medication or 30mg.

You should probably tell us more about the vial you're using.

Assuming it's from a research peptide supplier,

What is the total mg of the vial?

How much bac water did you put in it?
