Hello, I'm pretty new here, though I've been lurking and trying to learn all the things about GLP1 and peptides and going gray. I am 45/F from the Northwest. I've been on my Reta journey for 5 weeks and am down 11lbs. I want to loose 80 lbs and learn to maintain it. Anyways, happy to have found this forum and look forward to all the knowledge!
