I’ve been here, but for some reason, it wouldn’t let me introduce myself until now!
I’m Crystal, 40ish (LOL) and have been researching my butt off—this group has seriously been a goldmine of great info. I started on sema and switched to tirz about two months ago. It’s been a journey, and I’m still figuring out what works best for me.
I take care of my mom (who has Parkinson’s) and my aunt, so life is full—but I’m committed to doing what I can to feel better and show up for them and myself. Glad to finally be able to post and connect with you all!

Your life is full and you have a very important roll as a caretaker to two very important people, and it seems that you have a good plan intact. Always remember to leave a little room to take care of you too, and you're good to go. Good luck to you and welcome!
