Hello. I’m new to this forum. I’ve been on GLP1s for a couple of years starting with semaglutide then tirzepitide with pretty good success. I’ve lost about 50 lbs. and hoping to keep it off but It’s been a long journey. Anyway I’ve done my research and I’m ready to pull the trigger on retatrutide but I’m a person that’s always wants to know more so I’m very interested in learning more from this community. Hi there and welcome! Congrats on the 50 lb loss! Did you max out on dose on both sema and tirz? At any rate, as you read and research here in the forum, you'll see a variety of different approaches to keep the weight loss going. Best of luck!
