Hi! I'm a decently experienced amateur 30yo lifter - fitness enthusiast. I have been losing and gaining weight for the most part of my life. It's very exhausting and I'd like to get to sub 10% body fat and maintain athletic-looking body.
ATM I'd say I'm in the 20% ish body fat area coming from right under 40% which is god awful lol.
I'm heavily into tracking EVERYTHING. I log my food, daily weight, average weekly weight, my lifts, my steps and my sleep hours. I feed that info to AIs to make informed decisions about my weight loss/ weight maintain goals.
Recently, I finished my 16 week diet with over 11ks lost all naturally.
Now, I wanna go the the "darker side" if that makes sense haha. Pep only, no roids.
So, you can say I have a solid base and I want to enhance what's already healthy and working.
