I keep hearing conflicting accounts from subjects researching Reta. For some it gives energy for others it steals it. Please share your experiance.
And what affects it do you think? For example more movement gives more energy (it's like that for my rs with Trz. and stillness makes her tired)
Please elaborate. thks.

In my first month (2 weeks at .5mg and 2 weeks at 1mg) it gave me energy. Kind of a zippy feeling. Now (month 4 at 1.5mg and down 21lbs) it gives me fatigue. --Enough fatigue that I am debating taking a hiatus during a 10 day trip. That said, I can't be sure it isn't the caloric restriction that is contributing to the fatigue. However I do feel the fatigue more intensely on the days just after I pin.

The fatigue was next-level—like, if I stopped moving for even a second, it felt like my brain was hitting the snooze button on life. 🥱 After two weeks, I waved the white flag and ran back to Tirzepatide like it was my emotional support peptide. I wasn’t tired… I was powering down. 😵

LOL 🤭

Honestly, I think the fatigue a lot of us feel is more about the calorie deficit than the meds themselves.

When you’re eating significantly less than usual, it’s natural to feel low energy—you’re just running on less fuel.

I don’t think retatrutide (or any GLP-1) is directly energizing or sedating for most people—it’s more about how your body is responding to the reduced intake. Just my take!

For me, tirz makes me tired and reta gives me energy.

My fatigue isn't that bad however your original thread has motivated me to look more closely at electrolytes to see if I can solve the problem that way. I've been getting some head rushes too so I'm pretty sure my strategy of just drinking more water isn't working. I can deal with the level of fatigue I have now for another 3-4 months (assuming I can maintain my rate of loss) but I'm already thinking Tirz might be a better choice for maintenance.

I'm on 1mg and have felt no change in energy from baseline. I drink coffee so maybe that helps? 😉

both in a way, i have more energy in the morning and during my runs (i can run faster and longer without breaks) but in the late afternoon I get a bit fatigued, so if my energy was on a graph with x axis hour of day and y-axis energy level it would be positively skewed whereas before it would have been more of a normal distribution
