Hi all! I’m a new member and excited to learn and share experiences. I’ve always struggled with my weight ever since I was little so glp 1 medications have been helpful. I did a mix of cardio and weight training but the change was slow before reta. I am currently on reta. I hope to find a sense of belonging here by learning and reading all of others’ experiences. I like learning! Nice to e-meet you!

I’m with you! Have been overweight most of my life at this point for sure. Reta has been a game changer.
