Help me decide: Stay on Tirz, Switch to Reta, Stack Tirz & Reta, Stack Cagr & Reta?

This is hard. I'm currently on 10mg tirz and have been on Tirz for about 7 months with awesome results. Been taking it prescribed but when the costs got too high I decided to go the gray way instead. So I decided to switch to Reta (not started yet). Then reconsidered and decided to stack tirz + reta. Now I read about Cagrilintide and looked in to stacking reta + cagr. Can't think straight anymore from all the alternatives 😭 any help and experiences would be hugely appreciated. Sorry if there's a thread almost like this one.

Hi. If the tirz is working well, why switch to reta? If I'm not mistaking, tirz is cheaper than reta, and it seems way easier to attain, also. I only use reta (maintenance) so not totally sure about pricing for tirz. I have tried cag and couldn't handle it at all. Made me sooo tired that I couldn't function. YMMV

Hey. Honestly I don't know why I'm dead set on switching to Reta. I think it's a little bit that I feel like I hit a platue with Tirz at 10mg a week and just got so curious about Reta adding something into the mix. Already ordered a ton of Reta and some Tirz so I will see what I'll do. Probably try some Reta to see how it works for me and go from there. The smart thing would probably be too stay with what works and maybe go higher on the dose of Tirz to 12,5mg and see how that goes but hey I'm not that smart I guess 🤭

Haha, yes the urge to switch is hard to ignore! I have in the past used tirz, sema, and cag, but not stacking. Only reta really wowed me. So, yeah, if you feel you've bottomed out the tirz, give reta a try!

And maybe not ordering whatever comes to mind the same second the thought comes in mind haha. I will give reta a try because it might just be better than Tirz for me. I don't know if I should stop Tirz completely and try Reta or stack that is my main concern right now. I should be responsible (god that feels boring to say) and just up the dose of Tirz before trying Reta. Increasing the dose have worked so far. From start 2,5mg to currently 10 mg and now I've been on 10mg for 10 weeks so it's probably just a platue.
