So I'll be reconstituting my first batch (I'm on 7.5 tirz, have been for a year). I have 30mg bottles from ASC. I also have bac water, in 30ml vials. Do I just add 3ml from the 30ml bottle for my 4-week supply? And throw out the rest of the bac water? From what I've read, bac water is only good for 28 or so days after it's pierced.

Add however much bac water you're comfortable with for your dose, then you'll have four doses. Make sure you check test results- your vial may have more or less than 30mg.

How long you use your bac water is up to you, but if you have 4 doses in one vial you should be able to use it twice- once for the first vial, and then again for the second vial in 28 days. I use mine for longer, but that's personal preference.

Anything between 25 and 75cL for subq is my recommandation. Outside that range is possible, just not optimal.

For the BAC, I buy 10ml bottles so I use it all pretty much in one sitting. I reconstitute so I have enough for ~2 months.

I also filter and aliquots into single dose vials, but that's not mandatory.

As many said, it all depends on you, whether you wanna be more on the safer side or not.

So, I'm really not looking to be spoon fed, but I'm thoroughly confused on where to go to learn how to do the math. I really don't feel like I'm that dumb, but currently feeling incredibly dumb and embarrassed. I just bought 3 30mg bottles of tirz, and I'm just starting off, switching from 2.25mg sema. I think I start off at 2.5 with tirz? But then how much water to reconstitute? And where on the needle to get the correct amount? And how do I check test results? I've watched several YouTube videos on how to reconstitute so I think I at least have that part down. Any and all help is really really appreciated! 🥰

Wait a minute! I figured out the math! But how do I check test results? What are these tests you're talking about? I found a site where you send in samples to be tested but that's expensive! Surely that's not what's going on! So I'm still confused

The vendor should have certificate of analysis posted somewhere. All the test info is on there. Who’s the vendor?
Better to have 3rd party testing results. Many join or start crowd-sourced testing groups to reduce testing costs or join existing testing servers. @eydiz many people do go it alone and pay for their own testing; yes, more expensive but you’re still saving compared to compounded or Rx.

The vendor provides a link to the 3rd party CoA. Done by Janoshik. I’m not saying they did the tests themselves. 🙄
SSA just provided a load of links to their test done by Janoshik…A very much 3rd party.

Not to challenge your thought process, but in hopes to avoid confusion:
Party 1 Vendor
Party 2 Buyer or Group
Party 3 Jano
So Vendor to buyer to Jano is 3rd party

Vendor tested or Vendor sent to Jano (possibly cherry picked) is not what is commonly considered 3rd party.

I confess this may seem like semantics, but it leaves a great deal that could be misunderstood buy a new buyer wanting a more trustworthy result.

Oh honey. Never trust those.

The vendor could have sent a good vial to Jano, then sent YOU fake. These are drug dealers. Don't trust them.

Back in December we had zero pep gate. Vendors sent out vials that supposedly tested great! They contained zero active ingredient.

I never mentioned trusting them. I said Jano is a 3rd party. Does everything need to be repeated 2 and 3 times on here or what? Or are you suggesting Jano are not a 3rd party? i’ll stick to simply using the forum for vendors because commenting is really not worth the trouble.

Have a lovely day 👋🏽

I think that is a fantastic idea!

Be sure and make them provide you with their testing.

For anyone else reading the thread:
Some vendors will buy product and send in to Jano with their name on it.
Jano will provide testing with the name of whoever you want when you send it in, you can have a test named Walmart Tirz and start your own Walmart trading company selling Walmart peps.
The test will show w/e percentage overfill and purity, likely high otherwise the vendor will not publish it and send another until he finds a high one.

At this point vendor has a great COA! Woot!
Problem is he picked the peps, called them his, and is now fooling you.
He can now send you peps from someone else, or another batch, or keep using the same COA for a long time...

The BEST COA is done by you or a group buy-

Similarly:

No, you do not know they’re 99%. You cannot be sure any vendor’s testing is not cherry picked for positive results, or that they haven’t done something with the batch that causes premature degradation leading to lower purity by the time you get it. This includes nexa who has made mixed statements about whether they outsource their production to who knows who in China, or are DIYing it in their garage here in the USA, probably some combination of the two but they like to lie so hard to evaluate. There is some evidence that they toy with ingredients and that has caused degradation issues, though.

Point is that post-purchase testing is an absolutely critical step, it isn’t just for funsies. Vendors’ tests are marketing tools, not harm reduction tools. Consider the incentive structure they’re working within.
All you will know is that the batch they sent in for testing is 99%. Some vendors have been known to bait and switch. That is why everyone joins testing groups or does their own. Also, Nexaph just had probs with Lipo-C that FPPG sent off for testing. Two vials had levels of L- Carnitine way above what they were supposed to be and two vials that should have had B12 showed none. To be fair it is said that maybe the B12 didn't show as it possibly was an alternate non-tested form (hydroxocobalamin). Who knows.

No need for the sarcasm. You’re no different from the rest of us using the grey market to jab themselves with peptides from China.
I am very different than many, and am constantly impressed by the knowledge available here from those much more versed in these things than myself. I am also different than many, in that I have humility and a genuine desire to learn.
Perhaps, we all are doing our best, but unfortunately all are not so friendly about it, and some are more interested in being accurate than helpful.
I am often mistaken, and learn more everyday, but I constantly aim at avoiding comments that are rude.
However, sometimes sarcasm is an effective deterrent for those that seem to be missing a point.
Accept my apology if it came across in a way it was not intended, and know that this thread is not about you or I, but all those who may read it in the future and not understand what everyone means when they say "3rd party testing is best".
