Help With Identifying the order Qingdao Sigma for my NAD+ 1200 Tablets and my 5ammino 1mq pills

I recently received my order from Qingdao Sigma for my NAD+ 1200 Tablets and my 5ammino 1mq pills. Not sure what is what , or maybe I got the wrong order. Anyone that ordered had a similar packaging ?

They either came in a sealed pack with a barcode on it or the individual pkgs should be numbered. If the barcode, then the items were labeled that way. Highly recommend videoing opening pkgs in the future so you can reference
